At Trend Lift Store LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back and received by us within this 30-day window to qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Must be unworn, unused, and in its original, sellable condition.
- All original tags must be attached and intact.
- Must be returned in its original packaging (e.g., polybag, box, dust bag, etc.).
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use.
- Items with removed, damaged, or tampered-with tags.
- Final sale or clearance items, explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged by misuse, negligence, accident, or normal wear and tear.
- Custom printed items, unless defective or incorrectly produced by us.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at cs@trendliftstore.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return. 2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with approval or further instructions, including the specific return shipping address. 3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached. 4. Ship Your Item: Ship your return using the method provided in our email. Please do not send your item back to the original shipping address without prior authorization. The return address will be provided via email once we accept your return request. 5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions. We will then process your refund or exchange accordingly.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: For returns due to reasons other than a defect or incorrect shipment (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items: If you received a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, Trend Lift Store LLC will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
- Note: Original payment processing fees charged by Stripe and PayPal are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please email cs@trendliftstore.com with your original order number and details of the replacement item you would like. We will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email cs@trendliftstore.com immediately with your order number.
- Once an order has shipped, the standard return process (Section 4) will apply.
9. Damaged or Lost in Transit
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and email cs@trendliftstore.com within 7 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- In both cases, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and will arrange for a replacement item to be sent or a full refund to be issued, depending on your preference and item availability.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time (5-7 business days from our confirmation email), please take the following steps: 1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again. 2. Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some additional time for the refund to be officially posted to your account, with processing times varying by financial institution (typically 3–10 business days). 3.
